  "text": "The ENERGY STAR Version 5.0 effective date for Desktop, Integrated Desktop, Notebook, Workstation, Small-Scale Server and Thin Client is July 1, 2009. All products, including models originally qualified under Version 4.0, with a date of manufacture on or after July 1, 2009 must meet this Version 5.0 requirements in order to qualify for ENERGY STAR. Game Consoles with a date of manufacture on or after July 1, 2010 must meet this Version 5.0 requirements in order to qualify for ENERGY STAR. Any previously executed agreement on the subject of ENERGY STAR qualified computers shall be terminated with effect from June 30, 2009.",
